Endolift® · Barnes, SW13
Endolift® places a laser fibre finer than a hair beneath the skin. Tissue tightens on the table, then keeps improving for months as your own collagen rebuilds. Performed personally by Dr Zeena Adnan under local anaesthetic, in her CQC registered clinic in Barnes.
Tell us what you would like to change. A member of the clinic team will call you back, answer your questions honestly, and only book you in with Dr Zeena if it makes sense. The call costs nothing, and no payment is taken at enquiry.

An honest filter
Dr Zeena declines patients when the treatment is wrong for them. Reading this section takes two minutes and will tell you whether it is worth enquiring at all.
If four of those five sound familiar, book the assessment.
No hard feelings. The treatments page has gentler options.
What it treats
The most requested area. The fibre passes along the mandibular border, tightening tissue to restore a cleaner line from ear to chin.
The laser reduces the small fat pocket and retracts the skin over it in the same pass. Two problems, one session.
Loose tissue through the upper neck, usually the first thing people notice on video calls and in side-on photographs.
Where filler would add volume you do not want. Endolift® tightens what is already there instead of adding to it.

How it works
The fibre delivers energy precisely where laxity begins, in the deeper tissue that creams and external devices never reach. Two things happen at once: immediate tightening, and a collagen response that builds for months.
Local anaesthetic in the treatment area. The least comfortable part of the whole thing, honestly.
~15 minEntry points so small they need no stitches. You feel warmth and pressure while you chat to the doctor.
45 to 90 minTissue contracts on the table. Swelling masks it briefly, then the change starts to show.
Day oneNew collagen deposits and reorganises over the following months. The result arrives gradually, which is why nobody asks what you had done.

Figures are typical published ranges for each modality, given for orientation. Your outcome depends on your anatomy, your skin quality and how you heal, which is precisely what the assessment establishes.
The investment
Central London clinics charge £2,950 to £4,900 for the same procedure on the same laser platform. This is an independent, doctor-led clinic in Barnes rather than a Harley Street lease, and the price reflects the postcode, never the standard of care.
Your exact figure depends on the zones treated, and it is confirmed in writing at your assessment. Nobody here will ask you to decide on the day.

Your doctor
“I will always give you my professional opinion, even if that means advising against treatment.”
Zeena qualified as a Doctor of Dental Surgery with Distinction in Ontario in 2015 and has practised in Canada and the UK since. A decade of working on faces at millimetre precision is the reason her aesthetic results read as subtle. She performs every Endolift® herself, from your first assessment to your final review.

Questions
The numbing injections are the uncomfortable part, and they take about fifteen minutes. After that it is warmth and pressure rather than pain. You are awake, talking, and Dr Zeena stops the moment you ask her to. Nobody here will tell you it is pain-free, because that would be untrue.
Expect swelling, tenderness and possibly bruising for several days. Most patients are back to normal routine within a few days, with a week being the sensible average to plan for. Book it ahead of a quiet stretch in your diary, never the week of a big event.
Some tightening is visible early once swelling settles. The meaningful change builds from around week four and continues to six months as collagen remodels. It arrives slowly enough that colleagues say you look well rather than asking what you had done.
Published figures put it at one to two years or more. Ageing continues regardless, so some patients choose a maintenance session down the line. Nobody will push you into one.
For most people, yes. If your laxity sits at the upper end of what Endolift® treats well, Dr Zeena may suggest a staged plan, and she tells you that at your assessment, before treatment begins.
Same laser platform, same procedure, a doctor with a decade of clinical experience, and a Barnes address instead of a central London lease. The overheads are different. The medicine is the same.
Then she says so, explains why, and points you at what would genuinely help, including a surgical opinion if that is the honest answer. It happens regularly, and it is the reason her reviews read the way they do. If you have already paid a deposit and she advises against going ahead, it is refunded in full — the deposit only ever counts toward treatment you actually have.
