Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to, usage of, and all content, products and services available at https://drzeenaclinic.co.uk (the "Service") operated by Dr Zeena Clinic ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.

1. Use Licence

The content on this website is made available for your personal, non-commercial reference only. You may view and temporarily store a single copy of these materials for that purpose. This does not constitute a transfer of ownership, and the following restrictions apply:

• You may not alter, reproduce or redistribute the materials in any form
• You may not use the materials for commercial purposes or in any public-facing display
• You may not remove or obscure any copyright notices or ownership identifiers
• You may not share or host the materials on any other platform or server

This permission to access the materials will end automatically if you breach any of these conditions. Dr Zeena Clinic may also withdraw access at any time. If your access ends for any reason, you must delete any copies of these materials you hold, whether saved digitally or in print.

2. Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from us to you any of ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Dr Zeena Clinic and its licensors.

3. Third Party Services

In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party ("Third Party Services"). If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:

• Any use of a Third Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for Third Party websites or Services.
• You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

4. Appointment Cancellations

Dr Zeena Clinic operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange a booked appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. We reserve the right to retain a booking deposit if adequate notice is not given or in the event of a no-show.

To secure an appointment booking, a deposit may be taken at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and contributes towards your treatment fee. Should you cancel or reschedule outside of the 48-hour cancellation window, the deposit will not be available to redeem against future appointments.

5. Treatment Results

At Dr. Zeena Clinic, our goal is to achieve optimal outcomes for our patients. During your consultation, we will review all suitable treatment options, including the possibility of no treatment, along with associated fees, expected duration of results, potential risks, and possible side effects.

We customize our consultations to foster a dynamic conversation, ensuring your involvement in the final treatment plan. This approach helps us fully grasp your concerns, goals, and expectations.

Our role is to guide and advise you, encouraging questions and further reading. We will not enforce treatment on the day of your consultation unless specifically requested by you. We make certain that you are fully informed throughout the process. Before any treatment can begin, the completion of verbal, written, and photographic consent is necessary.

Dr. Zeena Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if a patient is deemed unsuitable or if the procedure does not align with the patient's best clinical or psychological interests. Additionally, we uphold a zero-tolerance policy for rude or abusive behavior towards any staff members.

Please note that all treatments offered at Dr Zeena Clinic are facial aesthetic treatments only. Dental procedures are not performed at this clinic or on these premises.

Treatment outcomes and their duration may vary between individuals, and results cannot be guaranteed. Variations can occur due to several factors, including facial anatomy, skin type, pre-existing asymmetry, lifestyle choices, and individual biological responses or metabolism.

6. Follow-Up Appointments

We offer follow-up appointments so that Dr Zeena can assess your results and address any questions you may have after treatment. To schedule a follow-up, please reach out to the clinic directly.

Please note that if a scheduled follow-up is missed without prior notice, we may not be in a position to rebook automatically. For anti-wrinkle treatments, a single complimentary top-up session is available at 2–4 weeks post-treatment, subject to clinical assessment.

7. Refunds Policy

Where a treatment has been carried out professionally and in accordance with the agreed plan, refunds will not be issued. This includes cases where a patient experiences an individual reaction that could not have been anticipated, provided the treatment was performed correctly and with full informed consent in place beforehand.

8. Policy on Children & Pets

For safety reasons and appointment flow, children are not encouraged in the treatment room. Furthermore, for hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in the building or clinic.

9. Accounts

Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register. You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and for keeping your password secure.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Disclaimer

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dr Zeena Clinic and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Dr Zeena Clinic, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

The materials on Dr Zeena Clinic's website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Dr Zeena Clinic does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Dr Zeena Clinic may make changes to materials on its website at any time without notice.

12. Limitations

In no event shall Dr Zeena Clinic or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Dr Zeena Clinic's website, even if Dr Zeena Clinic or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

13. Links

Dr Zeena Clinic has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Dr Zeena Clinic of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

14. Complaints and Concerns

14.1 Concerns and Feedback

We encourage follow-up appointments and strive to deliver the most suitable outcome for every patient. Your experience is very important to us, and we value both positive and constructive feedback.

Feedback helps us continuously improve our services and patient care. You are welcome to share your comments with us directly in person, via text message, WhatsApp, or by email. We will review your concerns and, where possible, discuss appropriate solutions.

14.2 Raising a Concern or Complaint

If, after contacting us, you feel that we have not fully met your expectations and you wish to submit a formal complaint, patients or their representatives may raise concerns or complaints using any of the following methods:

14.3 Formal Complaints Procedure

If you wish to submit a formal complaint, please contact us in writing by emailing info@drzeenaclinic.co.uk with the subject line "Formal Complaint."

We aim to:

• Acknowledge all written complaints within 3 working days, and
• Provide a full written response within 20 working days, where possible.

All complaints are handled confidentially and in accordance with our clinic's complaints procedure.

15. GDPR & Privacy

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The policy below sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
