Most patients experience mild swelling, tenderness, and bruising for several days following treatment. Downtime varies depending on the treatment area and individual healing response, but most patients are able to return to normal daily activities within a few days, typically 7 days on average.
As collagen remodelling continues, results gradually improve over the following months.
Some improvement in contour and skin tightening may be visible soon after treatment. However, the most significant results develop progressively as collagen production increases at 3-6 months.
Improvements typically continue for several months following treatment, with results often lasting for 1-2 years or more depending on individual factors and the ageing process.
