Endolift® · Barnes, SW13

The lower face, lifted.
No surgery. One session.

Endolift® places a laser fibre finer than a hair beneath the skin. Tissue tightens on the table, then keeps improving for months as your own collagen rebuilds. Performed personally by Dr Zeena Adnan under local anaesthetic, in her CQC registered clinic in Barnes.

A note before you enquire. This is a medical procedure from £1,500. It suits people with mild to moderate laxity who want a real, lasting change and are past the point where skincare can deliver one. If that is you, read on.

An honest filter

Endolift® is a serious treatment. It is worth being clear about who it serves.

Dr Zeena declines patients when the treatment is wrong for them. Reading this section takes two minutes and will tell you whether it is worth enquiring at all.

This is likely you if

  • You are typically in your 40s to 60s and the lower face has started to move rather than crease. Jowls, a softening jawline, fullness under the chin.
  • Skincare, facials and massage have stopped making a visible difference, and you know it.
  • You want more than injectables can give, without going as far as surgery.
  • You value a doctor who examines you first and quotes second.
  • You can give it a few quiet days afterwards and a few patient months while collagen builds.

If four of those five sound familiar, book the assessment.

It is honestly not for you if

  • Your laxity is advanced. Surgery would give you the honest result, and Dr Zeena will tell you so.
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an active infection in the treatment area.
  • You are expecting a dramatic, overnight change. This treatment reveals itself over months, which is exactly why it looks natural.
  • £1,500 would be a financial strain. There is no discounting here, and there never will be.
  • You are under 18. We do not treat, or market to, minors.

No hard feelings. The treatments page has gentler options.

What it treats

Four concerns, one fibre

Jowls and jawline softening

The most requested area. The fibre passes along the mandibular border, tightening tissue to restore a cleaner line from ear to chin.

Most requested

Fullness under the chin

The laser reduces the small fat pocket and retracts the skin over it in the same pass. Two problems, one session.

Fat + skin

Neck laxity and crepiness

Loose tissue through the upper neck, usually the first thing people notice on video calls and in side-on photographs.

Video-call zone

Lower face heaviness

Where filler would add volume you do not want. Endolift® tightens what is already there instead of adding to it.

No added volume

About these photographs. Every image is a genuine patient of Dr Zeena Clinic, published with written consent, unfiltered and unretouched. Endolift® is a medical procedure and outcomes differ between individuals. Nothing on this page is a promise of your result. Dr Zeena gives you a realistic view of your own likely outcome at your assessment, and if that view is disappointing, she will say so.

How it works

A 1470nm laser, working from the inside

The fibre delivers energy precisely where laxity begins, in the deeper tissue that creams and external devices never reach. Two things happen at once: immediate tightening, and a collagen response that builds for months.

Numbing

Local anaesthetic in the treatment area. The least comfortable part of the whole thing, honestly.

~15 min

The fibre pass

Entry points so small they need no stitches. You feel warmth and pressure while you chat to the doctor.

45 to 90 min

Immediate retraction

Tissue contracts on the table. Swelling masks it briefly, then the change starts to show.

Day one

Collagen rebuild

New collagen deposits and reorganises over the following months. The result arrives gradually, which is why nobody asks what you had done.

The investment

£1,500. Said plainly, because you were going to ask.

Central London clinics charge £2,950 to £4,900 for the same procedure on the same laser platform. This is an independent, doctor-led clinic in Barnes rather than a Harley Street lease, and the price reflects the postcode, never the standard of care.

Questions

Asked on nearly every call

Does it hurt?

The numbing injections are the uncomfortable part, and they take about fifteen minutes. After that it is warmth and pressure rather than pain. You are awake, talking, and Dr Zeena stops the moment you ask her to. Nobody here will tell you it is pain-free, because that would be untrue.

How long before I can face people?

Expect swelling, tenderness and possibly bruising for several days. Most patients are back to normal routine within a few days, with a week being the sensible average to plan for. Book it ahead of a quiet stretch in your diary, never the week of a big event.

When do I actually see the result?

Some tightening is visible early once swelling settles. The meaningful change builds from around week four and continues to six months as collagen remodels. It arrives slowly enough that colleagues say you look well rather than asking what you had done.

How long does it last?

Published figures put it at one to two years or more. Ageing continues regardless, so some patients choose a maintenance session down the line. Nobody will push you into one.

Is one session really enough?

For most people, yes. If your laxity sits at the upper end of what Endolift® treats well, Dr Zeena may suggest a staged plan, and she tells you that at your assessment, before treatment begins.

Why is this cheaper than Kensington?

Same laser platform, same procedure, a doctor with a decade of clinical experience, and a Barnes address instead of a central London lease. The overheads are different. The medicine is the same.

What if the doctor says I am not suitable?

Then she says so, explains why, and points you at what would genuinely help, including a surgical opinion if that is the honest answer. It happens regularly, and it is the reason her reviews read the way they do. If you have already paid a deposit and she advises against going ahead, it is refunded in full — the deposit only ever counts toward treatment you actually have.

Where are you, and can I park?

15 Church Road, Barnes, London SW13 9HE. [CONFIRM: parking arrangements and walking times from Barnes and Barnes Bridge stations.]
